If you need to cancel your Mstar services, please do the following:

1. Call 877.678.2763 and ask for the cancellation department.
2. Arrange to either send or bring in your Mstar equipment and power sources. See the Cancellations Checklist below for a list of equipment.
3. Submit a notice of your termination to the billing department by clicking here. Please include your reasons for termination.
