1.4 I currently have another ISP. How do I switch over to MSTAR? A. To avoid any disruption in your service, you can first sign up for MSTAR Internet service before you cancel your existing service. 1.12 How do I access my MSTAR e-mail account? A. You can access your MSTAR e-mail account by going to mail.mstar.net, or by visiting your MSTAR member home page. You will be asked to log in using your MSTAR e-mail address and password.
1.13 What will my MSTAR member home page allow me to do? A. The MSTAR member home page is a customizable start page that allows you to choose your own news, weather, stock quotes, and your favorite links. From this page you can also access your personal account information.
1.14 How do I access my MSTAR member home page? A. Go to www.mstar.net. Then log in under the “My MSTAR” field located at the top right of the page.
1.15 What will my MSTAR Personal Account Management page allow me to do? A. The MSTAR Personal Account Management Page allows you to add e-mail accounts, view your billing history, make payments online, update your contact information, as well as view your family’s Internet usage history (what time the Internet was used and for how long).
