K9 Web Protection

Prime Time is now upgrading its filtering capabilities for customers by switching to a new, superior Internet filtering program free of charge. The new system will provide top-of-the-line filtering to customers at NO COST. Beginning July 1, the old Web Sentinel filtering system will no longer be available. Instead, Prime Time customers have the option to choose K9 Web Protection, the most sophisticated and accurate Web filtering available today.

Because Web Sentinel will not function after July 1, if you are using the application YOU MUST REMOVE WEB SENTINEL YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE THEN OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET. Follow the instructions below to remove Web Sentinel and install K9 Web Protection.

1. Click on the Start button on your computer and go the My Computer icon.
2. Double click on the C Drive.
3. Double click Program Files.
4. Scroll to the folder named Prime Time Web Sentinel on the list and double click it.
5. Double click the Unwise.exe file.
6. You will be asked for your master password. This is the password you created when you installed Web Sentinel.
7. Choose Automatic and click Next.
8. Click Finish. Your computer will reboot.
9. When you have removed Web Sentinel, go to http://www.k9webprotection.com/license.jsp.
10. Fill in the K9 Web Protection License Request fields. A license key and instructions for installing K9 Web Protection will be e-mailed to you.
11. Check your e-mail and follow the instructions to complete the K9 installation.
