Web Call Manager

You don’t have to be near your phone to manage your Mstar phone features – you can make changes anywhere you have access to the Internet!

Just go to www.phone.mstar.net and enter your username and password (your username is your ten-digit phone number). Use the menu on the left to navigate through Mstar’s many phone options. You can set up Call Forwarding, choose how to receive voicemail, activate the Do Not Disturb feature and many more.

When you make changes to any feature, make sure you click Apply or OK to save your settings. The Help link in the upper-right corner of the screen displays information about the feature you are viewing.

It doesn’t get more convenient than this. You might even find features you didn’t know you had!
