Sequential Ring

You can have your incoming calls ring on up to five other phone numbers if your line is busy or you do not answer.

Simply log in to the Web Portal (www.phone.mstar.net) with your 10-digit Mstar phone number as your username. The default password is mstar plus the last four digits of your phone number (ex: mstar4321).

Under Incoming Calls select Sequential Ring. From here you can enter the phone numbers to ring and set your Sequential Ring preferences. Choose to ring your work phone, cell phone, travel number…anywhere you might be. You can even choose how many times you want each number to ring before moving on to the next one!

You never have to miss a call again – unless, of course, you want to.
