Sending Voicemail to E-mail

You can have your voice messages sent to your e-mail account.

Just log in to the Web Portal: http://www.phone.mstar.net. Your user ID is your ten-digit phone number and the default password is mstar plus the last four digits of your phone number (ex: mstar4321).

Select Messaging under the Options menu. Click Voice Management. From here you can check the box to receive notice by e-mail when you have a new voice message waiting. You can also choose to have the voice message sent as an audio file to your e-mail address. Click OK when you’re finished.

Now you can check your voicemail from home, the office, on vacation…anywhere you can check your e-mail!
