Parental Controls

You can choose what TV content to allow based on the content, channel or who is watching.

Mstar’s parental controls let you block content you don’t want to view. You can also create individual user accounts so you know what your children have access to. Just push the blue menu button on the remote and select Settings. Enter your password and push OK.

Select Channel Blocking to block specific channels. To create new users or change parental control options, go to the Users tab. Use the drop-down menus to choose the highest TV and movie ratings allowed. Check the content rating boxes to block programs with that content listed in the rating.

Make sure to click Done to save your settings and then return to the Preferences tab. You’ll need to check the Enable login and Enable Parental Control boxes.

You can channel surf without worrying and rest easy that your children are watching something you’re comfortable with!
