Create an E-mail Address

You can create up to four additional Mstar e-mail addresses at no charge.

Just go to www.mstar.net and click My Account in the upper-right corner. Click Fiber Optic Customers Click Here and Account Management. You’ll need your Mstar account ID and password to log in. You can find your account ID in the top-right corner of your monthly invoice. If you don’t know your password, call Customer Care at 877.678.2763.

Click the Child Accounts tab on the far right and select Email Accounts from the menu on the left.

Click New to create an e-mail address. You’ll need to choose a username and password for the account. From the Package drop-down menu, select Setup Extra Email. From the Mail Domain menu, select mstarmetro.net. Make sure you click Save when you are finished.

To access your new e-mail account, go back to My Account and click Fiber Optic Customers Click Here. Select Sign Into My Web Mail.

Sign in with the username and password you created. You’re ready to send and receive e-mails!
