Call Forwarding

You can forward your calls to a different number so you can answer even when your line is busy or you’re away from your phone.

Set Call Forwarding from your Mstar phone using the star codes below. At the prompt, enter the number where you will receive forwarded calls. You can choose to forward your calls always or only when the line is busy or you don’t answer.

You can also set Call Forwarding options from the Web – you don’t even have to be near your phone! Simply log in to the Web Portal (www.phone.mstar.net) and select a Call Forwarding option under Incoming Calls.
