Account Usage

You can check your long distance calls and Video-On-Demand use from your Mstar account online.

Find your account details by going to www.mstar.net and clicking My Account in the top right-hand corner. Click Fiber Optic Customers Click Here and Account Management. Sign in with your username and password.

Go to the Usage tab to find out how you or your family members use your Mstar service. Click Call History at the left of the screen and select a date range to view long distance calls during that period. If you have Mstar’s Digital TV, you can click VOD Usage to see which movies you ordered. You can also see past invoices online by clicking Lookup Invoice in the Billing tab.
